Calendar Total

This tool calculates the total hours from a calendar.

Do a search in Google Calendar, select all the text (CMD+A, CMD+C on a Mac), then paste it below. Detailed instructions are at the bottom of the page.

Brooke's hours, e.g. "(1.25hr)":

Detailed Instructions

First, do a search in Google Calendar for a particular project code, on particular calendar, in a particular date range:

Next, zoom out so all of the results are viewable, then select all of the text and copy it:

Finally, paste the text into this tool, and click "Calculate" to get the total hours:
